The Energy of Altruism

Some believe in the survival of the fittest

But that is a misconception

It is actually our altruism

That advances evolution

What brings us closer

Is more powerful that what separates us

So, what is stronger

Is kindness, love, and trust

And, when altruism is what we believe

What greatness we achieve!

The bridges we build, the things we invent!

The things we fix, the things we correct!

They say "two brains are better than one" Like working together to get things done Using collaboration and communication To achieve the goal or aspiration

And each person has their own skill and interest That they like and enjoy and refine with effort This doesn't make one person's skill better than another What it make's is uniqueness between sister and brother One likes art, as another likes accounting

One likes gardening, as another likes golf

One likes video games, as another likes being a veterinarian

One likes education (teaching), as another likes engineering (technology)

One likes science, as another likes sports The list can go on and on...

And when everyone comes together and contributes with their skills Amazing things are accomplished and amazing things are built

The word Love brings us closer together So, we can move forward and get even better

Our greatness is not rivalry between humans

Our greatness is our altruism, that is the conclusion
